Ice: Water is grabbed from the air and is solidified in the hand of the caster as they flow a small aura of frost between their fingers and the palm of their hand. This allows it to slowly build one small chunk of frozen water at a time as it is condensed and solidified into a sharp Icicle. The Icicle can be thickened in size before being launched at a target.
