The Rain Spell is unique in the fact that environmental conditions on a world will cause the Rain Spell to also release those environmental conditions. If a world has acid rain on a daily basis, then the Rain Spell will also have acid rain.

What is the Rain Spell really and why is it so simple? The Rain Spell does what its name implies and creates rain across an area. It can be used to create the liquid of life to bring growth to fields and make water flow once more in more desolate or dried up areas. With intense understanding and knowledge true rain can be created which can be drunk and cure fatigue and other slight ailments like malnourished, famished, or parched.
Spell Damage:
Rain Spell: A huge concentration of Water magic is created in the sky and rains down on an area. It hits a massive area, the size of a large city as it causes a slight to heavy downpour that will last as long as the caster channels. The Rain Spell only inflicts the Wet and Uncomfortable status effects as it has a very high chance to inflict the Uncomfortable, Wet, and Cold as it deals very low Water damage to all targets caught in the rain's area of effect.
