Arcane power is gathered and condensed on the target which blocks a percentage of all physical damage taken while allowing spells to get through.

What is the Barrier Spell? The Barrier Spell and the Shell Spell are a split spell made from the Spell Shield, the Barrier spell is modified to block a % of physical damage instead of spell damage. Magic power is layered in a sphere around the target which rotates horizontally in overlapping sections to reduce the impact of physical damage. This can be used to reduce True Damage and Fatal Damage to a small extent.
Spell Damage:
Barrier / Bubble / Protection: Arcane magic wrap around a target lessening the physical damage they receive from all physical based sources by a certain %. The effect is amplified and the duration increases the longer the spell is charged when cast. [Arcane] [Defensive] [Single Target]
