Spell Research And History:
What is the Storm Spell really and why is it so simple? The Storm Spell does what its name implies and creates a storm. It is a large concentration of water magic which is rotated with powerful winds to generate a powerful storm in the target area. The longer the spell is charged the more targets it can hit as the AoE increases in size at the target location. It has a high chance to inflict the Uncomfortable, Wet, and Cold as it deals low Water and Wind damage to all targets caught in the storm's area of effect.
The Storm Spell is unique in the fact that environmental conditions on a world will cause the Storm Spell to also release those environmental conditions. If a world has acid rain on a daily basis, then the Storm Spell will also have acid rain.
Spell Damage:
Storm Spell: A huge concentration of Water magic is spun and rotated by Wind magic to create a large storm. It hits a massive area, the size of a large city as it causes a downpour that will last as long as the caster channels. Using this spell with less wind magic can make rain and many people will call it a Rain Spell. Although the Rain Spell only inflicts the Wet and Uncomfortable status effects, the Storm Spell is much more powerful. It has a high chance to inflict the Uncomfortable, Wet, and Cold as it deals low Water and Wind damage to all targets caught in the storm's area of effect. [Water / Wind] [Offensive] [AoE]
