Spell Description:
Elemental Magic is created and condensed into a hollow orb and then charged building power over time allowing it to deal much more damage than the standard Blast Spell. The Burst Spell deals Higher Elemental Damage in a large area and can cause the Elements Effects to occur on all affected Targets.

Spell Research And History:
What is the Burst Spell and why is it not really used? The Blast Spell is focused and condensed into a Burst Spell to be casted either at the casters feet or around them. At the beginning of the spell construction Bolt Spell is condensed together tightly which is a normal process, however when the spell is formed into a Blast Spell it is then split open and condensed into a sphere looking ball. This spell is one which pays homage to its creation of the raw elements and the bolts created as the burst spell condenses the spell power into a flatten shape then releases it into a shockwave bubble. As it is a first level Area of Effect spell built atop a Blast Spell, it requires a charge up time to cast effectively. The longer the charge the more effective it is. When released it releases a small shockwave bubble which expands outwards around the caster.
Spell Damage:
Burst Spell: Condensing the Element Bolt into a Blast Spell is the first major step in the Burst Spell process. After the Burst Spell is constructed, it is charged with more magic power which will turn it into a Blast Spell. The Blast Spell hits the area around the caster dealing damage to all nearby targets regardless of if they are friend or foe. It has a low chance to inflict the associated Element effect as it deals low associated Element damage to all targets caught in the blast. [Element] [Offensive] [AoE]
