What is the Gate Skill? Or Gate Spell? It is an energy based skill which can be used requiring a massive amount of magical power and energy to use. It opens a portal connecting the target location to somewhere else. Used mainly by the Supremes and Magistrates of the Astarian Empire, it is also used by special users and unique individuals across the Empire. The Gate is a passageway made the exact size and shape the caster desires. It can be very dangerous as a limb through the gate when it closes will completely sever it. Many users can use them in combat but they are easily canceled and over written as they require massive amounts of power.

It is a spell with little information as those who learn about it will keep it to themselves or are instantly executed to keep the secrets. A spell which is not a spell, a gate which connects two places, a cafe and a battlegrounds, this spell is not a spell but an energy skill which can be casted at over 5,000 times the cost when translated into magical power.

An absurd amount of magical power is required to transfer raw magic into normal natural energy to be used to fuel the Gate. Although it is classified as a spell it is in fact not a spell nor is it magically based. Using the principle of wormholes, Gate allows the user to completely open a portal like rift and allow instantaneous travel between 2 points for as long as the power needed to supply it is available.
