Heavy Winds and Frozen Water created with Ice magic come together swirling about releasing frost and snow in the area dropping the temperature in the area instantly. The direct center will be almost instantly frozen as the temperature slowly drops for all things stuck at the center, the larger the storm the more cold and frozen things become.

Spell Research And History:

What is the Snow Storm Spell and how is it more advanced? The Snow Storm Spell is a large concentration of freezing water magic which is rotated with powerful cold winds to generate a storm in the target area. As snow begins to fall, the area will suffer a drastic climate change which can disrupt the local wildlife and ecosystem. The longer the spell is charged the more targets it can hit as the AoE increases in size at the target location. It has a low chance to inflict the Wet, Cold, Frost, Frozen, and Slow as it deals low Water, Wind, and Ice damage to all affected targets. The spell can become a massive blizzard as more and more magic power is poured into it, it will increase in size rapidly as the cost of magic power to cast the spell increases in unison.

Spell Damage:

Snow Storm: A huge concentration of Water magic is super chilled and spun and rotated by Wind magic to create a large snowing area. It has a high chance to inflict the Uncomfortable, Wet, Cold, Frost, Frozen, and Slow effects as it deals low Water, Wind, and Ice damage to all targets caught in the storm's area of effect.
