

Raw Element Spells
What are the Base Elements and how are they used in the creation of magic? Magic is a source of power which swells and grows within all living beings on magically infused worlds. Magic is an infection which spreads throughout the body allowing magic casters to manipulate the magic power around them. As magic casters began to use this unknown power, they learned how to manipulate the elements around them and create them for their own personal use and needs.
Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, and Nature are the primal powers that magic casters learned to create and manipulate first. After their skills grew they learned how to manipulate Light and Dark Elements to aid them in their needs and desire to learn and understand. As people began to travel the world and see the natural phenomena of the world. They began to create and manipulate the more advanced elements like Lightning from studying the storms, Ice from the frozen lands of chilling cold, and Holy from studying religion and ancient times. The last and most intense of the Elements came after long study over the course of many decades, Corrosion. It is the change in the world itself, how the land changes from rain, how a river whines back and forth, or even how certain things will corrode or dissolve minerals over time. Strong potent Acid was developed as a way to melt and fuse things together while other skills like Rust can roughen or even destroy metals. Although a more niche study, the natural effects of the Corrosion Element are powerful enough to warrant extremely strong spells affecting large or strong objects.
Magic Casters use various Magic Spells they have learned over their studies of Magic in their everyday life, all of which are built using and on top of the base Elements. As a magic caster creates and manipulates an Element of their choosing, they will layer and manipulate the Element into a Spell. Using an Element requires the raw magic power either pulled from around the magic caster or by using the magic casters own magical energy within their bodies. The Elements that are casted are casted in the magic casters hand and draw in their strength and power based around the magic casters magical power and strength. The stronger the magic caster, the stronger their basic and advanced spells are. In cases where multiple elements are used to cast magic spells, the strongest element is used as the base as the other elements are either mixed or fused in or created at the same time for a unison type magic spell. The base Element which are created in the hand can be used as a basic attack or melee combat weapon as it deals low damage to a target but has a tremendously high chance to inflict their status ailments and effects on a target. The magic caster can even throw their Element at a target up to 3 feet or 1 meter away as an effect ranged combat tool. Throwing some fire at a wild animal can scare it away in a dangerous survival situation.

Arcane: The raw magic power found within the world and its people. It has no typing or color as it is just condensed magical essence into physical form. [Arcane] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Corrosion: The raw magic power that is made from the change in land and environment over time condensed into the raw essence. It is made into a solid form which acts like a blob of ooze. It has a high chance to inflict the Acid and Burn effect as it deals low Corrosion damage to the target. [Corrosion] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Dark: The black of night, the black of the abyss, the black of darkness itself. Dark magical energies flow around the casters hand as it swishes like a thin black wind. It is gathered into a large mass of thin rope like black strings. It has a high chance to inflict the Darkness and Silence effect as it deals low Dark damage to the target. Earth: Raw earthen power made from the dirt and land itself. It slowly builds one small mound of dirt at a time. It is condensed and solidified into a large sharp rock to be hurled at a target. It has a high chance to inflict the Poison and Petrify effect as it deals low Piercing Earth damage to the target. [Earth] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Fire: The raw power of fire harnessed and created into a small flame within the casters hand. It is a small yet overly bright flickering magic flame that dances in the palm of the caster. It has a high chance to inflict the Burn and Weakening effect as it deals low Fire damage to the target. [Fire] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Holy: Golden light which has a soft pulsating glow seeming to fill the hand with warmth and security. It has a high chance to inflict the Stun and Slow effect as it deals low Holy damage to the target. [Holy] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Ice: Water is grabbed from the air and is solidified in the hand of the caster as they flow a small aura of frost between their fingers and the palm of their hand. This allows it to slowly build one small chunk of frozen water at a time as it is condensed and solidified into a sharp Icicle. The Icicle can be thickened in size before being launched at a target. It has a high chance to inflict the Cold and Frost effect as it deals low Piercing Ice damage to the target. [Ice] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Light: White light which gleams as bright as day with a yellow hue, it lights up the area around the caster allowing people to travel even in the deep dark forests at night with relative safety. It has a high chance to inflict the Confusion and Blind effect as it deals moderate Light damage to the target. [Light] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Lightning: The power of the storms, mother nature shrunk into a dancing bolt of lightning which bounces between the fingers. As the pressure within clouds builds and lightning forms, it shoots around which erupts in a loud thunderous boom, the same pressure is created between the fingers to cause the formation of lightning. It takes a large pool of mana energy and great control to use and manipulate the dancing Lightning in such a way it doesn’t injure the caster or nearby friendly targets. It has a high chance to inflict the Shock and Paralyze effect as it deals low Lightning damage to the target. [Lightning] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Nature: Life gathered within the palm of one’s hand, it is ever flowing green and blue soft magical strings flowing around the fingers. It has a high chance to inflict the Slow and Poison effect as it deals low Nature damage to the target. [Nature] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Water: Created by harnessing the small molecules of water within the air itself, it is gathered into a ball within the hand. As it is water created by magic it is already infused with magic, it is clean and safe to drink. In arid or dry desert locations it is harder to create water but it still can be done if needed. It has a high chance to inflict the Wet and Cold effect as it deals low Water damage to the target. [Water] [Offensive] [Single Target]
Wind: Pulling the natural air around the caster into a small torrent of swishing winds, the small handful of winds can be manipulated with ease as wind is something that can be created almost anywhere. It has a high chance to inflict the Shatter and Bleed effect as it deals low Wind damage to the target. [Wind] [Offensive] [Single Target]
