 Spike Spell And You

What is the Spike Spell? The Spike Spell is a defensive spell which is used to create hardened element spikes or spines which appear around the body acting as natural armor and damage sources.. Placed around the body or on specific armor points, these sharp elemental spikes deal piercing elemental damage with the added effect of dealing their elemental effects associated with them. The spell can be charged allowing for more spikes and spines to be grown around the body as well as it increases the damage they deal to a target which is affected by them. Although it is a decent defensive spell by itself, the user of this spell can further its potency by getting in close with a target then releasing the spikes causing unexpected damage.

Spike Explosion Spell

Spike Explosion / Spine Explosion: This causes the spikes and spines to explode causing damage to the target as well as to the user of the spell. Used by some hardecore users, mainly it is used by monsters and creatures in extreme desperation. The spikes or spines will auto detonate when a monster or creature with this spell active dies. It has a high chance to inflict the associated element effect as it deals high associated element damage to all affected targets.

Spike Explosion / Spine Explosion: The charged Elemental Spikes on the caster’s body explode dealing damage to all targets around them in a small area. If the caster using a Spike Spell dies the Spikes will automatically explode on the caster's death. Spike Shot Spell 

Spike Shot / Spine Shot: The spikes or spines are shot out in a close range dealing its damage and damage effects to nearby targets. In extreme desperation all of them can be ejected at once to make a quick escape. It has a low chance to inflict the associated element effect as it deals low associated elemental piercing damage to affected targets.

Bite Spell And You

What is the Bite Spell? The Bite Spell is a powerful bite that clamps down hard on a target. The caster builds magic in their mouth as elemental magics condense into the teeth. This causes damage as the teeth pierce into the target's skin tearing flesh. It has a moderate chance to inflict the associated element effect as it deals moderate associated element damage to the target. Mainly used by Creatures and Monsters, people can also use this spell to some degree of effect, this spell deals more damage the larger the caster is. A flaming bite from a person can easily burn through rope while a flaming bite from a dragon can burn through a large tree.

When it bites a target it has a high chance to inflict a temporary curse on a target reducing all of their stats by 20% until the end of battle. Bite Of Berserking: Condensing the Arcane magics into the teeth and then chomp down on a target. When it bites a target it has a high chance to inflict the Berserk state increasing their damage by 50% but they are only able to basic attack until the Berserk effect is removed or the battle ends. Claw Spell And You

What is the Claw Spell? The Claw Spell gashes the target causing deep wounds and makes them bleed heavily. As it is empowered with elemental magics of the casters choice, this bleeding damage will also have more effects piled onto the target. The gash is a slashing attack with a sharp object on the caster body in the form of a claw or talon which deals damage. This damage can be reduced or blocked by the target's armor but weakened armor will be torn through like fingers gripping sand. The elemental damage released can cause elemental damage and effects which can still afflict the target when blocked. The larger the creature or monster the more damage the claws or talons deal to the target. It has a low chance to inflict the associated element effect as it deals low associated element damage to the target as it hits # of times equal to the number of claws or talons which strike the target.

Roar Spell And You

What is the Roar Spell? The Roar Spell is a loud echoing roar erupts from deep within the body. It enhances the caster and the nearby friendly targets as it boosts their physical capabilities. As the more primal urges within the targets are further enhanced, the targets become more powerful and feral. 

 

The Roar Spell boosts the target's physical damage capabilities by invoking a primal trait in them. The deeper and longer the roar, the more powerful it is. As a loud powerful roar can scare off weaker enemies. A good deep roar can invigorate and enhance those who hear the primal call to battle. While friendly targets are empowered with damage boosts and speed, the enemies may flee in terror due to hearing a loud roar in the distance or in front of them in battle.

Howl Spell And You

What is the Howl Spell? Like a Roar Spell, the Howl Spell erupts from the throat as a long draw where the longer the Howl the more allies rush to aid the caster. As monsters and creatures begin to lose the fight, they will Howl as a last ditch effort to survive the fight. Many people will fear the Howl deep in the night due to what they fear lurking in the deep shadows. As pack animals may howl together, the Howl Spell is more effective as it pulls even the most powerful of creatures into battle.

 

A Howl to call to nearby allies, an alert of intruders, a stat reducing howl, many things describe the howl of the night and the call of the pack. As a howl may only invoke slight fear to the powerful adventurer, the numbers of the enemies they face increase considerably. The call can affect nearby powerful monsters and creatures as well, the more howling that fills the air the more powerful the creatures that come are.

Screech Spell And You

What is the Screech Spell? Like the Howl Spell, the Screech Spell makes the targets afflicted with status effects and ailments as it destroys the ears and hearing. It is used by the wailing dead and other powerful creatures of the night as they become the alpha predators in an area. The Empire considers the Howl Spell, Roar Spell, and Screech Spell different due to what they do and how they affect people.

 

Screech: A deafening high pitch screech rips throughout the air from the nasal and throat. It causes multiple status effects to all nearby affected targets, even the caster if they can hear it. The more high pitch the screech, the more possibilities and chance of status effects inflicted on all affected targets.
