Healing Spells And You

Healing Spells are spells which are classified in the healing or repairing of the body. This is different from the Restoration Spells or Restoring Spells as the body is only healed or cured and not restored. As one's healing magic grows, they will be able to remove many status ailments and effects from the target while patching them up. These spells can be used in and out of battle which makes them great multiple used spells.

 Cure Spell And You

What is the Cure Spell? The Cure Spell is an updated and more advanced version of the Cure Wounds Spell. Not only does it restore the body by healing it with low level Arcane magic, it also cures some ailments and removes them from a target. Cure is also usable on dead and dark beings as it can be infused with Light to harm them. 

 

Cure: Pure arcane magic is pushed into the target's body in a rapid surge which is a painful experience but it refreshes and restores the body as it cures and removes all status ailments. Can be used to cleanse darkness and taint from a target, and works well on undead and dead enemies.

Cure: Condensing the Arcane magics into the target's body, it heals them slightly and cures some of their ailments. It deals moderate Light damage to Dead or Dark targets. [Light] [Offensive] [Single Target] It heals a low amount of Health Points to the target. It removes the Bleed, Poison, and Burn Status Effects. [Arcane] [Support] [Single Target]

 Cure Wounds Spell

Cure Wounds and you. The Empire has used this spell throughout all of the training methods across the Empire. Due to how the spell works as a constant flow of rapid surging magic power into the target, it has been discovered to be a great magic muscle training method. Burning a magical resistant stick on one end, the trainee pushes a constant cure wounds spell into the bottom of the stick to repair the damage which improves their magical powers. The Cure Wounds Spell is a general purpose healing and curing spell which is used on a target.

 Heal Spell And You

Heal: Pure arcane magic is pushed into the target's wound causing it to close and stop bleeding. It is used to begin the intense healing the body requires. As heal is a general term, most people use it in a broad sense. On many worlds they have a multiple level system for the Heal Spell. Lesser Heal or sometimes called Low Heal, restores a smaller amount of health and vitality to a target and it can’t cure any ailments. Their Heal Spell just combines a few Low Heals and a basic cure spell into one. Their High Heal Spell combines many Heal Spells into one to look like it is healing more than it is but it costs more magic power to use therefore the corrupt caster can charge more for it. Heal is their main source and only source in most cases as it is used in a super broad manner. Heal, the body is now healing. Heal, the bones are being healed. Heal, the target is regenerating blood cells. However talented healers know how to use it far better than the base use.

True Heal Spell

What is the True Heal Spell and how is it better than the Heal Spell? The True Heal Spell takes huge amounts of power to fully use. It will fix the desired target back to the true form and not to its current form. Requiring multiple steps to perform, it is seen more like an operation done in a clean room and not as a guild hall table grit and bear it situation. The steps for True Heal include: Removal, Bone and Joint Growth, Muscle Growth and Attachment, Nerve Growth and Attachment, Skin Growth, and finally a Heal to finalize and complete the body’s acceptance of the new part. The Empire regards healers who can use the True Heal Spell effectively in the highest of regards. There are entire schools developed to not only teach medicine but also how to effectively use the Heal Spell and to improve one’s magic to use it. Heal is an all purpose rapid body health regenerative spell as it is misunderstood and misused but it is misused extremely well. Thus in the Empire to not bear any more confusion the Heal Spell has been changed to True Heal. If one can use True Heal, they are highly regarded and if one can use Heal they are slightly respected for their work.

True Heal: Condensing the Arcane magics into the target's body, it heals them back to full health while curing and removing all status ailments and restoring lost limbs. It heals a very high amount of Health Points to the target and removes all status ailments. [Arcane] [Support] [Single Target]

Healing Hands Spell

What is the Healing Hands Spell and how is it used? Based around the same spell logic as the Cure Spell, it is a Holy based spell instead of an Arcane based spell. Due to how it hits the target 3 times it is highly effective in combat against Dark and Dead beings. The Empire keeps the classification separate due to the Holy type of the spell and how the spell is used in different spell construction.

 

Healing Hands: A large burst of holy magic power across the body which immediately closes all wounds and stops bleeding. It cures minor ailments like Poison, Burn, and Bleed as it also promotes healing in the body. It is a three burst spell which is casted at a target. The first burst immediately closes all wounds, cures small ailments, and stops bleeding. The second and third bursts promote healing within the body as it explodes cell growth temporarily.

Healing Hands: It heals a very low amount of Health Points to the target and removes minor status ailments like Poison, Burn, and Bleed. The spell hits 3 times. [Holy] [Support] [Single Target]

 Mend Spell And You

What is the Mend Spell? The Mend Spell is a rapid hitting swirling healing spell which restores a lot of health in a quick moment. Mend is an extremely useful spell when dealing with large or deep wounds. It can close the body quickly and is used within most magical surgical units. 

 

It is a slow creeping magic swirl which rushes around the body healing all small wounds and closes all major wounds. This can stop a Hemorrhage or slow the expanse of a curse throughout the body. It lasts a short while as it can be used passively or actively, in melee combat it can heal the gashes and slashes one may get in bladed combat.

Mend: It heals a moderate amount of Health Points to the target and removes the Bleed and Hemorrhage status ailments. It also slows the progression of Curse Spell Effects while under the Mend effect. [Arcane] [Support] [Single Target]

Mending Hands Spell

What is the Mending Hands Spell to you? This is the question, the main question the Empire asks all those who wish to study healing magic within the Empire. Mending Hands in an advanced spell as it is a condensed spell consisting of 2 high level restoration spells. Casting this spell requires mastery over casting both the Mend Spell and Healing Hands Spell simultaneously on a target. This requires an immense amount of magical power to do.

Mending Hands: Rapid swirling Holy magic flows around the target healing them for a high amount of Health Points and Vitality for a long time after the spell is casted. It removes the Bleed, Poison, and Burn status ailments from the target. [Holy] [Support] [Single Target]
